All active US tariff programs in one place. Updated after the February 2026 Supreme Court ruling.
Post-SCOTUS Update (February 2026)
The Supreme Court struck down IEEPA-based reciprocal tariffs in a 5–4 ruling. The administration has replaced them with a 15% global surcharge under Section 122 of the Trade Expansion Act. USMCA partners are exempt for qualifying goods. CBP is processing refunds for protested IEEPA entries.
